WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We always want you to feel great about your Eleaf shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.
Warranty
We require the S/N code located on the package box in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents within the 3-month warranty period.

* All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. For purchases of BATTERY/MOD items, each product purchased from this website directly comes with a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of shipment. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. The 90-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Refund Terms:

(2)We always want you to be satisfied with our products. If you do not want the product after receiving the package, please contact us and return the product without opening.
After we get the product, we will check if it is good and original and arrange the refund.
Please notice the return shipment fee is paid by customer.
